After a very brief sojourn into retirement, Jeff joined Confluence Health in Wenatchee, WA as VP of Business Development and Special Projects. Confluence Health is an integrated delivery system in North Central Washington made up of two hospitals and dozens of multi-specialty and primary care clinics spread over a 12,000 square mile area. As VP of Business Development, Davis is involved in a variety of efforts directed towards carrying out the mission of Confluence Health throughout the service area.

Previously, Davis served as President, Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alaska, where he was responsible for all aspects of the company’s Alaska business. In addition, he has served on a variety of Boards and Commissions, including Chair of ACHIA, the AK high risk pool, Commissioner on the Alaska State Healthcare Commission and Board member of the Anchorage Economic Development Council.

Jeff holds a Bachelor’s in Biology from Whitman College and a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Washington.
